Exercises That Can Help Eliminate Your Bingo Wings

Bingo wings exercises came about to fight those ugly excess fats under the upper arms. A count is complete when you put your arms down again. Repeat up to 15 times.

One bingo wings exercise that you can do at home is called chair dip. Sit on the edge of a chair or a bed. Position your arms to the side, fingers pointing to your front. Slide forward until your body is just supported by the arms resting on the chair. Lower yourself down until your bottom slightly reaches the floor, then slowly push yourself up using the arms, making sure the muscles are flexed in the process. Repeat for a few times.

You might also want to invest in a rowing machine if you have got the budget for it. Complement these exercises by doing aerobics or simply walking to burn more calories. Your goal is to lose weight overall while toning the muscles for a satisfactory result. And remember to keep yourself hydrated at all times by drinking plenty of water each day because this is very important.
