You need to tone those arms up, this will help to stop that skin from hanging down so much. The reason why your skin hangs down is because yourtricep muscles are non weight bearing so tend to become flabby and hang.

Start by sitting down or standing up, (remember to always keep your back straight and hold your stomach muscles in) use some light weights or a tin of soup, outstretch your arms to shoulder height and hold for around 10 seconds. Repeat this process for 10 to 13 repetitions.

Stretch your arm straight above your head. Slowly lower your hand to the back of your shoulder, keep your elbow pointing up and then back up slowly to the starting position. This will really work those tricep muscles. Again repeat this process for 10 to 13 repetitions. If you feel your not getting a properworkout increase the weight.

If you are a member of a gym, consult your instructor and ask him for a program. Most people do not make the most of their instructors, so make the most of them.
